Five food secrets that no one told you

1. Curd rice

Great chefs make curd rice yummy by adding white butter to it. They know when to add the white butter and make it more yummy.

2. Chana masala

Great chefs add tea powder while cooking chana. This gives darker color to chana and also some of the invigorating properties of tea are added to chana masala.

3. Sarson ka saag

Great chefs add Palak and bathua leaves too in apt proportions to sarson ka saag and this gives blandness to otherwise strong taste of sarson ka saag.

4. South Indian Adai

Great chefs add murangi leaves (drumstick leaves) to the adai batter. This makes adai more tasty.

5. Vinegared onion slices

Great chefs of dhabas serve vinegar soaked onion slices tossed with salt and red chilli powder. One can eat portions from this salad while your roti arrives from tandoori.

Have a nice day, friends!!
