My exercises these days are as follows for two rounds:
Chest press 10 kg dumbbells 11 reps
Squats 10 kg dumbbells 5 reps
Heel raises 10 kg dumbbells 23 reps
Dead lifts 10 kg dumbbells 11 reps
Right arm dumbbells rows 10 kg dumbbells 11 reps
Left arm dumbbells rows 10kg dumbbells 11 reps
Leg raises both lying down 11 reps
Leg cycling lying down 11 reps
Military press 10 kg dumbbells 11 reps
Biceps curls 10 kg dumbbells 11 reps
Triceps back lifts 10 kg dumbbells 23 reps
Push ups 7 reps
Normal food. Motivation level is high.
