My favorite rice variety

I am no expert in rice. But  enjoy dwarf,  thicker variety rice.



This rice variety is great with rasam. And thinned curd.

 You need fried potatoes mildly salted and spiced for rasam rice. And amla pickle for thinned curd rice. But they are yummy.

I suggest using this rice for rajma chawal and kadhi chawal. It will be relished more by customers while giving more margin to shops.

I think I had NLR34449 rice once. Nellore, Andhra Pradesh variety. It was awesome !!

Dental hygiene

Dental hygiene is extremely important. It is essential to visit a dentist when one has pain in a tooth or two.

I last visited a dentist in 2015. In Delhi.  I got all the issues of my dental health resolved. After that I never went to a dentist. 

My teeth has gaps.



I am into dental floss due to this. Food particles are suitably removed and the chance of cavities getting formed, thereby reduced.

But recently I developed sensitivity. Possibly because I sometimes use rubber band for flossing.

Then I applied my mind and got for myself Sensodyne paste and Sensodyne gargle.



Wow!! My oral hygiene is back to normal.  No pain, no sensitivity and can chew peanuts on both sides of jaw. I feel like back to 2015.

Rice and wheat dishes

 




Wheat is a great cereal. Some of the food items of wheat are

Pizza - Pizza is a fantastic dish made of wheat. It is salty and has meat or veggies in cheese layer and tomato layer.

Pooris - Pooris are loved by most Indians. Pooris are thin round shape given to wheat dough. Pooris go well with potato curries.

Tandoori breads - Tandoori dishes like Naan, roti etc are awesome and are made in tandoors. They go well with vegetables dishes too.

Cakes/ Pies etc - English inspired dishes like cakes, pies etc are delicious and are made of wheat. They usually have a layer of fruit jam and real fruits too.

Rice is an amazing cereal. Some of the food items of rice are

Cooked rice dishes - Lemon rice, sambar rice, biryani etc.etc. are so great to eat. They are a little easy to digest as it mainly contains starch.

Semiya - Rice semiya are often mixed with spices like zeera, pepper or even coconuts and are great as a snack.

Poha - Poha can be made instantly as it is thin enough to be soaked and made into a dish over fire. Poha can be made with pepper, coconut. Jaggery can also be added to make sweet poha.

Vadams - Cooked rice paste are sun-dried and kept in vessels. They can then be stored and fried to get awesome vadams.

Wheat lovers enjoy rice recipes and vice-versa.
