Rashtriya Karmayogi Program

I recently attended 'Rashtriya Karmayogi' program. The program was conducted by MTI, Ranchi.  MTI is management training unit of my organization SAIL. 

The program is for government employees. And especially those who deal with public.

The program was very good. All the digital media were in use. Mobiles, app too.

The concept is awesome.  It is as good as PDCA.  So good. It is about Seva bhaav. Practical management of Seva bhaav.

Tamil brahmin wedding delicious breakfast

There are three rules to be followed when having Tamil Brahmin wedding breakfast:-

1. Wait till all the items have been put on plantain leaf. Do not taste the items till all the items have been served.

2. Do not ask for extra serving during the first round serving itself.

3. If you feel more hungry, you may ask for two more idlis. And only idlis. For accompaniment to idlis you must insist on milagaipodi and oil only.

And for lunch of Tamil Brahmin wedding, you may ask for extra rice. Everything else, you leave it to the servers of food.
