My intention when I started ...I am taking creatine.<br />My intention when I started gym was to loose fat and gain mass too if possible. Gym is a big journey. On its way I realised the importance of protein and its caring role in muscle maintenance.<br />Also I realised that the saturation in body change was happening. My body was not getting challenged by the level I could manage. So I reduced food intake. If I reduced food, exercising is likely to be hampered. Muscle loss was feared. So creatine was the solution. It will deliver energy to muscles and less food would not matter to muscles.
